Currently a Senior studying for a Bachelor's of Science with a major in Alternative Medicine. I am fascinated by the healthy approaches to a healthy lifestyle which was the catalyst to getting into college, and planning to continue with a MBA, with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and Analysis.

HOW I GOT INTO REAL ESTATE

I almost bought a house that I really did not want to buy. Sure the house was beautiful and priced right but at the time I came to the realization that I although I could have owned a piece of America, I had to face the reality that I could not afford the home at the time. Simply put, I didn't buy but my Realtor was not only pushy but kept insisting.

The end result: I moved on disappointed with the buying process situation and no, I was not too happy with the Realtor. But out of every negative comes out a positive and instead of dwelling about the situation an idea came to me that I should become a Realtor myself and help others not only to purchase a piece of America too but that they can afford it.

Although my first experience was residential and will always be my baby, commercial real estate market has been coming my way and have been transitioning to a broader scope of the real estate market with my main focus on each and every individual with respect to the business and the people (you) who make the market.
